This is an opportunity for individuals and organizations, who are either overwhelmed by the complexity of the problem or who are frustrated in finding the appropriate education program to support, to really make a difference.

THE LANGBERG FOUNDATION COMMUNITY

The LANGBERG FOUNDATION is capitalizing on a network of educators, programs, parents and students developed over the past 35 years by Arnie Langberg. This education community has the experience to provide leadership for the change and innovation that the public, the national leaders and the country are seeking.

THE DELPHI PROCESS

The Langberg Foundation has chosen to use a Delphi Process to elicit the best thinking of people across the country and around the world in determining the essential elements for creating an optimal learning environment. The Foundation list will be the heart of this process, but we hope that our web page will attract many other responses as well.

If you will respond to the question below with just three powerful ideas, we will collect these and send back to you the complete list of ideas from all of the respondents. We will then ask you to choose the three best ideas from the list, we will collect the results of this second iteration and do a third "mailing." It is our hope that by the third set of responses we will have arrived at, or be very near to, a consensus on the essential elements for the design of an ideal learning environment.
